|Recommended: YesAmazing Staff — I had the pleasure of living at Magnolia Place. The staff Jenny, Linda and Anthony were very kind and always helpful when anything came up. They made the whole moving in out process seamless. Magnolia Place was in my experience a quiet community where my neighbors always respectful of others. I would highly recommend living here to others. If I ever moved back to South Carolina, I would definitely rent an apartment here again

|Recommended: YesAbove And Beyond — This is unlike any other apartment community I have been in. The staff is so communicative and problems are rare, but when they occur they are on it immediately. I would highly recommend becoming part of this community.

|Recommended: YesTenant — I just moved in middle of December 2021, this is a wonderful place to raise a family The management and maintenance staff are quick to assist and go above and beyond to get all concerns taken care of quickly. I had a flat tire and they assisted me, assuring I got to the tire company safely to replace the tire. Thanks for everything Magnolia Place
